Maddalena Buccino

 BIOGRAPHY

Born in Foggia in 1981, at the age of 19, Maddalena moved to Perugia in order to attend University.

During the following four years she combined the studies in Interpreting and Translation with her passion for travelling and started working on board the MSC Cruises’ vessels.

After  degree, Maddalena moved to Brussels  where she attended a Maste in European Public Relations and Events Organization held by the Italian-Luxemburgish Chamber of Commerce.

In 2002, then, her full time career with MSC Cruises started. Fifteen years sailing all around the world brought Maddalena to distinguish herself first as a member of the Entertainment Team, then as its responsible, covering the position of Cruise Director from 2008 until 2017.

Her passion for foreign languages (six currently spoken), public relations and entertainment management on this “floating cities” represented the focus of Maddalena’s career… Up to now, when she decided to change job and search for new professional goals to reach and challenges to face. That’s the reason why she moved to Milan and started working in the Rita Axon Agency.

Led by the manager Rita Axon (with more than 30 years experience in this business), Maddalena is facing the challenge of the Events Organization in a competitive and cutting-edge environment  as Milan.

Always led by a positive and optimistic attitude, Maddalena is using all her professionalism, dedication, humbleness and flexibility as guidelines in this new career path full with motivation and professional fulfillment.
